Order

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, please refer to our size guides.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

We aim to despatch orders on the same day as the order is placed, due to fluctuation in order volumes this is not always possible.

For UK Orders will arrive within 3-5 days of you placing your order.

For any orders made outside of the UK, once your order is processed we would advise you to expect your order within 7-10 working days.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

RTKit works with a large number of carriers over different markets.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

We offer free delivery on orders £50 and over.
All other orders it is £3.50 for 1 item and an additional £1 for every extra item on top, until you hit £50.

I'M NOT FROM THE UK- WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY CHARGES?

Depending on the value of your order, your RTKit parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties.

If your parcel is charged, it is up to the receiver to pay pay these charges. Unfortunately, RTKit can not cover these costs and they do vary widely in each Country.

We would be unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office.

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER

RTKit are happy accept returns within the first 28 days for any unsuitable items.
If you are trying to return an item outside of the 28days we can only offer store credit or an exchange at the item's current price.

All we ask is that you complete your returns card & ensure the items you send back are unworn, with tags still attached & in a resealable condition.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

RTKit will provide a refund to the same method of payment used when making the purchase. 

Please allow unto 14 days for your refund to be processed.
